We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were spacious, clean rooms with 3-star amenities. The staff was friendly & attentive, we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to many attractions. the rooms are spacious, neat & clean with all 3-star amenities. the staff is really courteous and welcoming and goes the extra mile to give guests a comfortable stay. Facilities include an elevator, lounge area, and friendly staff.
Some guests were seen drinking on the first floor corridor, which was upsetting for some guests and their children.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the staff was polite and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure that our family had a relaxing experience. its central location made it easy for us to explore the city.
On New Year's Eve, there was a group drinking in the corridor near the lift lobby. Although we reported it to the hotel staff, they did not take any action.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was situated in a key area with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities one would expect from a 3-star hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to ensure our family had a comfortable stay.
One negative aspect of our stay was that on New Year's Eve, we witnessed some guests drinking alcohol on the hotel's first-floor corridor near the elevator lobby. It was upsetting to see people drinking in public, and it raised concerns about the hotel's security. We notified the manager, but surprisingly, no action was taken, leaving us feeling uncertain about the hotel's safety measures.
